YOUNG, J. John and Janet Woodall appeal the Tipton Circuit Court's entries of partial and final summary judgment in favor of Citizens Banking Company. The only issue raised by this appeal is whether Citizens, as a mortgagee who disbursed the proceeds of a construction loan made to the Woodalls, had a duty to protect the Woodalls from mechanics liens.[Footnote 1] We affirm.
