Defendants John Calvaresi, George Turner, and Sarah Burnett were convicted by a jury of violating the first-degree arson statute, section 18-4-102(1), C.R.S. 1973.*fn1 All three defendants appeal the trial court's ruling (1) admitting evidence of motive, (2) denying their motion for judgment of acquittal, and (3) giving an instruction on complicity. We affirm the trial court in each instance.
